Graduation Ceremony 2018

Our 2018 Diploma Graduates will be inducted into the professional world of F&B by our Guest of Honour Professor Hervé THIS, an internationally renowned chemist, a bestselling cookbook author and the first person to hold a doctorate in molecular gastronomy. This year, At-Sunrice will also expand into entrepreneurship with the launch of Open Sesame, a multidisciplinary platform for young entrepreneurs to develop revolutionary food-focused startups.
