TEAM CHEF

This workshop is designed as a unique corporate bonding event to develop team-building skills in your organisation. Teams come together to create the perfect dining experience through fun challenges that maximise interaction, coordination, and laughter. Tasks include foraging for herbs from our Spice Garden, and learning how to cook and plate beautiful dishes.

Classic Western Cuisine

Content:  Come and understand the fundamentals of Western cuisine with the delicate touch of French influence 
Menu:  Pan-fried Foie-Gras Served in a Consommé and Pot Au Feu Vegetables, Poached Salmon with Green Asparagus and sauce Vierge, Chocolate Fondant (Brownie style) and Vanilla Ice-Cream

Content: Mastering Thai recipes. Learn from our experienced Thai chef, the secret of achieving great flavours and aromas of Thailand
