WSQ Study and Serve Wine    

This is a 4-day programme, on completion of which, participants will learn how to identify major wine producing countries and regions, understand basic factors affecting wine style,flavor, quality and price, major grape varietals and characteristics, and pair wine with food.

PROGRAMME CONTENT
 
  • Learn basic factors affecting wine, style, flavours, quality and price
  • Learn basic techniques to taste, examine and evaluate wine
  • Learn to pair wine with food
  • Present, open, decant and serve different types of wine


IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Enrolment is subjected to availability and incomplete application will not be processed.

The programme is conducted in English and proficiency in the language is a requirement.

- Singaporeans and SPRs who are eligible for our WSQ certified programmes.

- Culinary or F&B industry professionals.
