PROGRAMME CONTENT
- Learn basic factors affecting wine, style, flavours, quality and price
- Learn basic techniques to taste, examine and evaluate wine
- Learn to pair wine with food
- Present, open, decant and serve different types of wine
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Enrolment is subjected to availability and incomplete application will not be processed.
The programme is conducted in English and proficiency in the language is a requirement.

1) 90% WDA programme fee funding
Eligible for:
- Culinary or F&B industry professionals.
- Singaporeans and SPRs who are eligible for our WSQ certified programmes.

- Culinary or F&B industry professionals.
- All employed Singaporeans who are eligible for our WSQ certified programmes.
