This programme is a 2-day program, on completion of which, participants will have knowledge and application skills in maintaining safety and hygiene when handling, cooking and storing food and beverages.

  • Maintain food preparation, service and storage areas


IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Enrolment is subjected to availability and incomplete application will not be processed.

The programme is conducted in English and proficiency in the language is a requirement.

- Culinary or F&B industry professionals.

- Singaporeans and SPRs who are eligible for our WSQ certified programmes.

- Culinary or F&B industry professionals.
