TAKEAWAY
This programme aims to equip participants with basic skills in preparing quality food and beverage in a safe working environment. Competencies include maintaining quality control procedures, basic mise en place and preparing vegetables and meat for cooking.

At the end of the programme students will be able to competently prepare raw food products for cooking.

Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents may apply for the Singapore Workforce Development Agency's (WDA) Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) 90% programme fee grant under SPUR.
