TAKEAWAY
This programme aims to equip participants with knowledge and application skills to prepare quality food and beverage in a safe working environment. Competencies include basic methods of dry and moist heat cooking, and basic Western cuisine.

At the end of the programme students will be able to competently prepare, handle and store various food products safely.

Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply for the Singapore Workforce Development Agency's (WDA) Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) 90% programme fee grant under SPUR.
