TAKEAWAY

This programme aims to equip participants with the basic skills required to produce quality food in a safe working environment. Competencies include maintaining quality control procedures and preparing basic mise-en-place. The fundamentals of Asian & Western dry and moist heat cooking techniques will also be taught. At the end of the programme, students will be able to competently prepare, handle and store various food products safely.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Enrolment is subjected to availability and incomplete application will not be processed.

The programme is conducted in English and proficiency in the language is a requirement.

Singaporeans who successfully complete and are awarded a WSQ Certificate for the first time will be eligible for a CET Qualification Award (CQA) of $200.
