WSQ Advanced Choux Pastry Techniques    

Participants at this 4-day programme will learn how to prepare choux paste and churros, learn a variety of recipes for macaroons and éclairs, learn how to create desired shapes while meeting yield requirements.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Enrolment is subjected to availability and incomplete application will not be processed.

The programme is conducted in English and proficiency in the language is a requirement.

- Singaporeans and SPRs who are eligible for our WSQ certified programmes.

- Culinary or F&B industry professionals.
