Under this scholarship, the academy delivers the
Diploma in Culinary Craft and Service Excellence (DCCSE).
Upon completion of the scholarship program, scholarship recipients will
- have learnt the fundamentals of Eastern and Western cuisines from a global chef faculty of eight countries
- have had more than one year of professional kitchen experience
- receive four professional certifications
- WSQ Certificate in Food Preparation
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Culinary Skills
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Culinary Skills
- At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy Diploma in Culinary Craft and Service Excellence
Eligibility- All F&B establishments with membership to SCA (Singapore Chefs’ Association)
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months commercial kitchen experience
- Candidates must be 18 years and above
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 ‘O’ levels, or obtain Level 5 on the WSQ-ESS (Workforce Skills Qualifications Employability Skills System) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy modules
- Male candidates must have already completed or be exempt from National Service
