ALL APPLICANTS
- Passion for culinary, service and F&B
- Possess leadership qualities; be artistic and disciplined
- Be able to speak, read and write English, or possess a 5.5 score in IELTS, 500 in TOFEL or ESS certification level 4
- Singapore males must have already completed or be completely exempt from National Service
- All applicants are required to undergo three rounds of interviews
DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES
ACP
- Post high school diploma and above
- 20 years old and above
- Possess a minimum level of culinary / kitchen experience i.e. a recognised culinary certificate OR minimum six months commercial kitchen experience.
WSQ DCA & WSQ DIPB
- High school diploma
- 18 years old and above
WSQ CE SERIES Applicants should be culinary, F&B, Hospitality college students or F&B industry professionals.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS The following items are compulsory and must be purchased before start of class:
• Knife & tool set • Student Uniform (includes two chef’s jackets, one pair safety boots, two aprons & two tea towels) • Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) • Medical Check-up • Medical Insurance • Other books & stationery as required per programme
Note that students are required to meet the following criteria in order to obtain their relevant certificates: • Minimum attendance of 90% and above for each month • Pass all relevant competency units (CUs) • Abide to the student code of conduct
