ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

  • Possess a minimum level of culinary / kitchen experience i.e. a recognised culinary certificate OR minimum 6 months commercial kitchen experience. Applicants without experience are required to complete term 1 of DCCSE
  • Be able to speak, read and write in English, or possess a 5.5 score in IELTS, 500 in TOFEL or ESS certification level 5
  • Possess passion, integrity, tenacity and leadership qualities
  • Singapore males must have already completed or be exempt from National Service

FOR ACP APPLICANTS

  • Post high school diploma holder and above
  • 20 – 29 years old

FOR DCCSE / DIPB APPLICANTS

  • High school diploma holders
  • 18 years and above

FOR CE APPLICANTS
Continuing Education applicants should be Food Service Chefs, or Culinary, F&B and Hospitality college students.
