At-Sunrice GlobalChef^© is the new industry standard to inspire young chefs with a mission to become awarded and recognised.

The criteria to qualify as an At-Sunrice GlobalChef^© are:
1. Technical competency and comprehensive knowledge in Asian and Western cuisines
2. Formal graduation from a culinary arts establishment or college
3. Having worked in three countries for at least a year each by the age of 30
4. Having received awards for culinary skills and innovation
5. A mentor and inspiration to young chefs
6. An industry and professional leader
7. Fluent in at least two languages

The At-Sunrice GlobalChef^© Award made its debut in 2005 at the renowned World Gourmet Summit in Singapore. Today, we have 18 outstanding recipients.

The GlobalChef^© Award recipient receives two further gifts – a scholarship to an incoming student, and a preview of our graduating students before their participation in TalentMatch, our annual culinary career fair in June.
