Look for 5 types of ginger plants, 5 types of basil, smell the cinnamon leaves not just the bark, feel the numbing sensation of the xichuan peppercorn plant leaves, over 100 variety of herb and spice plants! Let your brains release happy hormones like endorphins when you inhale crushed basil leaves cupped in your hands.

Observe the tricks and secrets of Asian cooking up close and personal with our professional chef instructors.  This is not just another ordinary cooking class, but one that is highly regarded of national standards and recognition in state of the art kitchens.   You will have your own stove to cook every step and detail, so you’ll learn the most authentic methods of cooking.  
 
Take your pick from a range of ethnic cuisines taught by our team of ethnic professional chef instructors: Chinese, Indian, Malay, New Asian, Singaporean, Thai. Our chefs will demonstrate two other authentic recipes. Soon, you will be all set to wield some culinary magic in the kitchen and cook a three-course lunch under the guidance of our experienced chef instructor. If that is not enough, the chef will sit and have lunch with you to enjoy all that you have cooked with your new found friends and you can still ask our chef instructor any questions. This is a one of a kind experiential cooking class!
