WORLD CUISINES Achieve personal mastery of culinary craft, theories and techniques covering the East and West, Old and New worlds, and herb and spices over 8 Saturdays. Practise producing your own party at home!
Duration: 8 Saturdays; 9am – 2pm Course Fees: S$2,100 (excluding GST) COMPREHENSIVE CURRICULAR Each of our modules is specially designed by a native chef instructor who has profound historical and cultural knowledge of his ethnic cuisine and is also a master of explicit techniques in his culinary craft. Learn the disciplines of table setting and service, herb and spices, and the basics of a variety of ethnic cuisines from seasoned professionals who are experts in their respective areas.
