Welcome to the GlobalChef Academy. I am a third generation chef from France where I started in my grandfather’s kitchen at 16. I was fortunate to have worked in countries like Monaco, America, Korea and Japan before finally arriving in Singapore at the age of 28. It has become my personal mission to cultivate the global chef career path for our students.

As Singapore’s first NCI culinary academy, we deliver a rigorous Study and Work curriculum where our students undergo both Asian and Western apprenticeships. It’s a great gift and a distinct advantage for our graduates to be working anywhere in the world.

These are very challenging times, and yet the best time to join the F&B, culinary and service professions, especially for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents with the WDA SPUR 90% programme fee grants.

Our programmes are now designed on modular basis. Whether you choose to join us fulltime or module by module, both pathways will lead to the same outcome – a nationally-recognised diploma from Singapore which you can bring anywhere.

If more countries could adopt such systems of national skills and open access pathways, quality culinary arts education will be more accessible to everyone – especially the passionate and the service-oriented.
